Multi-State Virtual Therapy
What is PSYPACT?
PSYPACT is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating states. As a PSYPACT-certified psychologist, I can legally and ethically offer virtual therapy to clients in 42 U.S. states through secure video sessions.
Who Is Online Therapy For?
Virtual therapy is a flexible, effective option for:
College students living out of state
Adults with busy schedules or limited local options
Anyone in a PSYPACT state who prefers therapy from home
People navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, identity questions, or life transitions
Whether you're looking for weekly support or need a trusted space to check in, online therapy can offer the same depth and connection as in-person sessions.
How It Works
We’ll meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes long.
You can meet from any private location within a PSYPACT-participating state.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs.
Is Online Therapy Effective?
Yes—many clients find that virtual therapy is just as meaningful and supportive as in-person work.
It can even make therapy more accessible, consistent, and comfortable.
My approach remains the same online: warm, attuned, collaborative care that meets you where you are—emotionally and geographically.
Ready to Get Started?
If you're located in a PSYPACT-participating state and interested in working together, I’d love to hear from you.
